Sal Mincone – (Principal) - Formed Principal Building Services in 1999. Over 25 years of experience in the Janitorial Industry. Sal has been involved in all aspects of building operations, sales, labor relations and union negotiations. Prior to forming Principal Building Services, Sal was the Operations Manager for Battery Building Maintenance (BBM,) and Vice President/ Sales for Building Maintenance Service Corporation (BMSC.)
Howard Fox – (Principal) – Over 15 years of Building Management experience as the Vice President of Operations for the Mendik Company. President of Building Maintenance Service Inc, a 50 million dollar janitorial maintenance company for 5 years overseeing all operations, sales, labor relations and financial reporting before joining Principal Building Services in 2003 as a Principal of the Company.
Jan Hirschhorn – (Cheif Financial Officer) – Over 20 years experience of financial management for janitorial maintenance companies. Jan is responsible for all financial aspects of Principal Building Services.
Ramo Cosovic – (Vice President of Operations) – Over 17 years experience in all aspects of janitorial maintenance. Directs day and night operations. Responsibilities include managing, supervising and training cleaning personnel, supply budgets, labor union relations and devoloping quality control procedures.
